KADI WITH DAL PAKORA
1..... ek cooker mai 3/4 kg curd ,2 Lt. Paani,1 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon each red chilli powder, haldi, garm Masala, 1 big spoon ( kalchi) besan lay.
2.....hand blender say blend karay, koi lumps nahi rahnay chaiyey
3..... Gas per high flame per rakhay, boil annaye per gas slow fire per rakhay,
4..... 1__1 1/2 hour k liye rakhay,ya kadhi ki consistency aanay tuk.gas off karay.
URAD CHILKA DAL K PAKORAY
1.....1/2 glass urad chilka KI dal washed,4_5 hour k liye bhigo day.
2..... Mixi mai pees lay,1/3 spoon salt mix keray.
3..... Kadahi mai oil garm karay,dal ki balls bana ker oil mai dalay,
golden brown karay.
4..... Kadhi mai dalay according to taste jitnay pasand ho)
5.....10_15 min slow per rakhay.
6....ek pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil lay, garm honay per, 1 spoon jeera,6_7 dry hole red chilli, 15_20 karri pattay dalay(optional)
6..... Kadi mai dalay ,rice k saath serve karay.
