VERMICELLI PULAV
1.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 karchi oil garm keray,1 spoon sarso Dana,10_15 curry leaves.
2.....4_5 dry red chilliy dalay,2 sliced onion ,200 gm.vermicelli, 1 cup matar ,1/2 cup chopped capsicum. dalay .
3..... Vermicelli light brown honay tuk bhunay,3/4 spoon salt,1/4 spoon red chill powder dalay,mix keray.
4.....1, 1/2 glass paani dalay,ek boil aanay per dhuk ker sim per rakhay. Paani sookh nay tuk.
5..... Serve it with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
Note.....aap is may koi bhi veggies dal saktay hai like carrot, capsicum,sweet corn ,cabbage etc.
