1.....2 Cup sooji moti wali lay,pan mai sim per dry roast karay ,halki khusbu aanay tuk,plate mai nikaal lay.
2.....kadhi mai 2 kalchi oil lay 2 sp sarso Dana crackle karay, 15_20 kari patay,,7,8 dry red chilli, 2,2 sp bheegi chana dal,urad dhuli dal,1/2 cup frozen matar , Peanut 4 sp ya apni pasand ki koi bhi veg like carrot capsicum sweet corn etc dalay light brown karay.
3.....1,2 sp salt ,bhuni sooji dalay,4 cup paani dalay mix karay ek boil aanay per dhuk ker sim per paani sookhnay tuk,ya sooji phool nay tuk dum per rakhay.
4.....Ek katori lay spoon say usmay UPMA dalay upper tuk spoon say flat keray halkay haath say press karay.
5.....serving dish mai katori ulti ker day ,pichay ki side say katori ko halkay haath say thup thapaye UPMA bhar aa jayega.
6.....plate mai leftover upma lay,thoda paani dalay mix keray, makki Kay attay ki tarah.
7..... Non stick taway per oil lagaye thoda sa UPMA lay taway per haath say phalaye (press keray).
8..... Dono side say oil lagaye, golden brown keray.
9.....tomato green chilli say garnish karay, serve it with sambhar, nariyal chutney or mint chutney.
