PHOOL GOBHI PICKLE

PHOOL GOBHI KA AACHAR

1.....1 phool gobhi ko chotay tukrao mai chopped ker lay, is say khaanay mai easy rahta hai.

2.....Ek glass jar mai phool gobhi 1/2 spoon each red chilli powder salt , haldi,2 big spoon each pisi rai, sarso oil dalay.

3.....Jar ka lid bund karay, jar shake karay,3_4 din dhoop mai rakhay, ready.

4.....Is aachar ko aap fridge mai 1_2 saal tuk rukh saktay hai.

NOTE_____ ISI Method say aap onion, chillies, shalgum , carrot ka pickle bhi daal saktay hai.
