FRIED CURD MASALA SOYACHAAP

SOYACHAAPS IN PARTY STYLE CURD GRAVY

(One more different method of fried soyachaaps )

1.....1/2 Kg fresh soyabeen chaaps wash keray.

2..... Chaaps ko deep fry keray,golden brown honay tuk, plate mai nikal lay.

3.....1 cooker mai ,4 big peeled onion dalay ,1/4 glass paani dalay.

4..... Ek whistle day, steam nikal nay per,thanda honay per onion mixi mai pees lay.

5.....1 cooker mai ek big kerchi oil garm keray, 1/2 spoon jeera,2_3 each hari ilayachi ( tod ker),tej patta dalay.

6.....1 moti ilaychi (tod ker),2 piece each javitri,dalcheeni,1/2 jayephal(nutmeg)grated ,4_5 each whole kaali mirch,long,dalay.

7.....onion paste dalay,light brown karay.

8..... 3 tomatoes ,10_15 garlic cloves ginger 1 piece ka paste dalay.

9.....3/4 spoon each salt, degi mirch powder, 1/4 each haldi ,garm Masala, 1spoon dhaniya powder dalay mix karay.

10..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay.phir 1 1/2 cup(one & a half) feti hui curd dalay gas off ker Kay,(taaki dahi fatay nahi)phir gas on keray dhuk ker oil chod nay tuk bhoonay,beech mai gravy heelatay rahay, 1/2 cup cream ya malai dalay,oil chod nay tuk bhoonay,phir Chaaps dalay, 1glass paani dalay mix karay ek whistle day.

11..... Serve it with roti or rice. Gravy mai according to taste panni dal saktay hai.

Note.....agar aap ki gravy mai  oily red colour nahi aaya hai to serving bowl mai nikay chaapay.

Phir ek pan mai 1/4 kerchi oil garm keray, 1/4 spoon Devi mirch dalay, spoon say mix keray, chaapo k oper dal day.

Chaye to cream dal ker serve keray.
