LEFTOVER BOILED ALOO KI,ALOO METHI
1.....1 Kadahi mai 1 Karachi oil garm keray, 5_6 Boiled chopped aloo dalay.
2.....1/2 spoon each salt, haldi dalay mix keray.
3.....500 gm. Chopped fresh methi leaves aloo mai dalay,5_10 min slow per bhoonay.
4.....1/2 spoon red chilli powder dalay, 2 min bhoonay.
5..... Serve it with garma garm roti or rice.
