KALI KADAHI K ONLY 2 SPICES ALOO BAIGAN
( PUNJABI ALOO BAIGAN/LOHEY KI KADHI MAI)
1.....EK lohaye (iron) ki kadahi mai 1/2 big spoon oil garm karay.
2..... Smoking point per gas slow fire per karay, ek baigan 2 aloo chopped dalay.
3.....1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, dalay mix karay.
4..... Dhuk ker soft honay tuk cook keray,beech beech mai hilatay rahay.
5..... Serve it with roti.
NOTE.....LOHEY ki kadahi mai bana nay say humay iron milta hai.
