1.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 kerchi oil garm keray,8_10 chopped garlic dalay.
2.....1 sliced onion,1/2 cup matar dalay,2 grated carrot dalay,paani sookhnay tuk bhoonay.
3.....thanda keray,mixi mai peesay,bowl mai nikalay,is may 6_7 mashed potatoes,1/3 🥄 spoon each dhaniya powder,red chilli powder, salt,1/4 🥄 spoon garm masala,1 spoon 🍋 lemon juice,5 spoon besan mix keray.
4.....ab 3_4 🍞 Bread slices mixi mai peesay,plate mai nikal lay.
5.....veg.mixture ko square seekh kabab ki shape day, 🍞 Bread crumbs mai roll keray.
6..... Taway per oil garm keray,saaray kabab shellow fry keray.
7..... Golden brown keray,garma garm mint chutney k saath serve keray.
