PYAJ KI KACHORI WITH ALOO

1.....250 gm. Maiday mai,1/3 🥄 spoon salt ,3 🥄 spoon oil mix keray, paani dal ker hard dough ready keray.
2.....1 pan mai 1/2 kerchi oil garm keray,1 spoon chopped ginger dalay,2 sliced onion dalay,2 min bhoonay.
3.....1/4 spoon each red chilli powder,haldi ,garm masala, amchoor powder ya anardana powder,salt,1/2 spoon dhaniya powder dalay,mix keray.
4.....plate mai nikal lay,thanda keray.
5..... Ab maiday mai say ek poori jitna ball/ peda banay,thoda belay,1/2 spoon onion stuffing bharay.
6.....poori fold krray,haath say press kerey,kachori ki shape day.saari kachori isi tarah banaye.
7..... Oil medium garm keray,medium flame per saari kachoriya golden brown keray.
8.....aloo ki sabji k saath serve keray.
Note..... Jub kachori oil mai dalay tub kachori ko pahlay ek hatheli mai lay,doosray haath ki hathali say usay press kerey center say or halki katori ki shape day.
Phir garm oil mai dalay,aisa kernay say kachori easily Phool jaati hai.
FOR ALOO SABJI
1.....4 big boiled mashed aloo lay.
2.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 kalchi oil dalay, 1/2 spoon each jeera ,kasoori methi ,2 green chilli chopped dalay.
3.....1 punch heeng powder, 4 tomatoes ka paste, 1/2 spoon each salt, haldi,red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, amchoor powder dalay.
4.....1/4 spoon garm Masala, 1/4 cup chopped hara dhaniya dalay.oil chod nay tuk bhunay.
5..... Mashed aloo ,2 glass paani dalay, mix karay ek boil day, slow fire per 10_15 min rakhay.
