2.....1 sliced onion,1/2 cup matar dalay,2 grated carrot dalay,paani sookhnay tuk bhoonay.

3.....thanda keray,mixi mai peesay,bowl mai nikalay,is may 6_7 mashed potatoes,1/3 🥄 spoon each dhaniya powder,red chilli powder, salt,1/4 🥄 spoon garm masala,1 spoon 🍋 lemon juice,5 spoon besan mix keray.

4.....ab 3_4 🍞 Bread slices mixi mai peesay,plate mai nikal lay.

5.....veg.mixture ko square seekh kabab ki shape day, 🍞 Bread crumbs mai roll keray.

6..... Taway per oil garm keray,saaray kabab shellow fry keray.

7..... Golden brown keray.

FOR HOT DOG

1..... Hot dog mai beech mai say cut lagay 3/4 ,taaki beech mai say juda rahay.

2..... Taway per butter laga ker both sides light brown keray.

3..... Hot dog k beech mai pahlay sandwich spread lagaye,phir salad leaves lagay.

4..... Phir seekh kabab lagaye,Chaat masala sprinkle keray,serve keray.
