VART K ALOO WITH GRAVY WITH BOILED RICE

1.....4 big boiled mashed aloo lay.

2.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 karchi oil dalay,garm keray, 1/2 spoon each jeera ,2 green chilli chopped dalay.

3.....4 tomatoes ka paste, 1/2 spoon each salt,red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, amchoor powder dalay.

4.....1/4 spoon garm Masala, 1/4 cup chopped hara dhaniya dalay.oil chod nay tuk bhunay.

5..... Mashed aloo ,2 glass paani dalay, mix karay ek boil day, slow fire per 10_15 min rakhay.

6...... Serve it with vart ki poori or rice .

VART K BOIL RICE

1.....1glass bheegay samank k rice ,1,1/4 glass paani mai,3/4tsp salt.

2.....saaray ingredients cooker mai dalay,cooker ka lid bund karay.

3..... 1whistle aanay per cooker bund karay ,steam niklnay per serve with gravy aloo or malai paneer or malai kofta .
