INSTANT MANGO PICKLE
1.....1 KG.raw mango cut karay,with skin chottay,chottay pieces mai.
2.....ek kanch( glass) jaar mai mango, 1 spoon each salt, degi mirch, 1/2 spoon haldi , 2 pinch heeng powder dalay.
3.....2 big spoon mustard oil dalay mix karay.4_5 hour k baad ready to eat, chaye to 2_4 din dhoop mai rakhay.
