2.....4 chopped aloo kadahi mai dalay,250 gm.chopped beans dalay, 1/3 spoon each salt, haldi dalay.
3.....1/2 spoon sarso dana/mustard seeds dalay,8_9 chopped garlic cloves,8_9 green chillies cut laga ker dalay,mix keray.
4..... Dhuk ker aloo soft honay tuk cook keray, slow fire per.
5...... Aloo soft honay per 1/4 spoon each amchoor powder,garm masala,1/2 spoon dhaniya powder dalay.
6..... Mix keray 2 min bhoonay, serve it with garma garm roti or rice.

My innovative recipe
1.....8 pieces soya chaaps/500 gm.washed,stick mai say nikaal ker chotay pieces mai cut keray,bowl Mai dalay.
2.....300 gm. Dahi feti hui,1 full spoon ginger garlic paste,1/4 spoon salt,ek spoon degi mirch,1/4 spoon garm masala,1 spoon each dhaniya powder,Chaat masala, chicken masala chaaps bowl mai dalay,toss keray.
3.....chaaps ko poori raat yaa 3_4 hour k liye rakh dey, phir 1 kadahi Mai 1 spoon oil garm keray,marrinated chaaps dalay,dhuk ker 5_10 min tuk ya oil chod ne tuk rakhay ya jitni gravy pasand ho tub tak rakhay.
4..... Garma garm as a snacks ya roti k saath serve keray.

5.....dheemi gas per dhak ker sunehera lal honey tak rakhay,phir bursh se appo per oil lagaye,phir palte.doosri side se bhi golden brown honey per plate mai nikale.
6..... Garma garm soya chaaps shaami kabab appe mint chutni ya sezwaan sauce k saat serve keray.

1.....एक ग्लास में बाजार से चने का सत्तू 2 🥄 डाले या भूनें चने घर में पीस लें। 2 🥄 देसी खांड या पिसी चीनी डाले।

MADE BY MY YOUNGER SON
NISHKARSH GROVER
INGREDIENTS
Sushi rice - 3/4 cup
Water - 2 cups
Salt - 1/4 tablespoon
White wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
NORI SHEETS - 2 nos
Capsicum - 1 no
Onion - 1 no
CUCUMBER - 1 no
Soy sauce - 1 small bowl
Wasabi - 1 tbsp
Pickled ginger - 10 gms
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a pan add washed sushi rice ,water and salt and let it boil then cover and cook till no water is left and rice becomes sticky.
2. Transfer it in a separate bowl and add rice wine vinegar and mix properly and let the rice cool down.
3. Now take sushi mat place a nori sheet on it and spread sushi rice on it and place onion slices , sliced capsicum and cucumber cut in rectangle in the middle.
4. roll up tightly using sushi mat.
5. Now divide it from the centre and cut it in equal parts and transfer in a plate for plating.
(For plating )
1. Now serve with soy sauce , pickled ginger and wasabi !!

कड़ाही पनीर भुर्जी
1.....1कड़ाही में 2 बड़े 🥄 तेल गरम करें,चार बड़े प्याज़ कटे हुए तेल में डाले,सुनहरे लाल करे।
2.....6,7 टमाटर,15,20 लहसुन की कलियां मिक्सी में पीस लें,प्याज़ में डाले, 3/4🥄 नमक,आधा 🥄 लाल मिर्च,आधा स्पून देगी मिर्च पाउडर, आधा 🥄 धनिया पाउडर,1/4 🥄 गरम मसाला पाउडर कड़ाही में डाले।
3.....तेल छोड़ ने तक भूनें,चार मोटी कटी शिमला मिर्च डालें,एक कटोरी मलाई डालें,दो मिनट भूनें,गैस बंद करे।
4.....जितनी ग्रेवी पसंद हो उसके अनुसार दूध डाले,मिक्स करे,गैस चलाएं,ग्रेवी भूनें,पसंद के अनुसार ग्रेवी तैयार होने पर गैस बंद करे।
5.....जब परोसना हो तब आधा किलो पनीर मसल कर डालें,मिक्स करे,एक उबाल आने पर,दो मिनट धीमी आंच पर ढक कर रखें।
6.....गरमा गरम रोटी या चावल के साथ परोसे।
नोट.....दूध डालते समय गैस बंद कर दें,दूध डालने के बाद,गैस ऑन करे,लेकिन ढक्कन नहीं लगाए,ऐसा करने से दूध फटता नहीं है।बिना ढक्कन लगाए ग्रेवी भूनें।

1.....2 बैगन ले,गोल स्लाइस काटे, स्लाइस को दोनों साइड से ब्रश से तेल लगाए,180 डिग्री प्रीहीटेड ओवन में 20 मिनट के लिए ग्रीसेड ट्रे में बेक करें।
2.....स्लाइस पलट कर दुबारा 10 मिनट के लिए बेक करें।
3.....प्लेट में निकाले,स्वादानुसार नमक,लाल मिर्च,अमचूर पाउडर डाल कर गरमा गरम रोटी के साथ परोसे।

3.....according to taste thickness rakhay,1 cup sugar dalay. Ek boil day, gas bund karay.
4..... fridge Mai rakh ker thanda keray, phir according to taste mango puree,roohafza dal ker mix keray,mango pieces dal ker serve keray.

2.....2 spoon peeled, chopped mango dalye,phir 2 spoon ice cream dalye,phir 2 spoon chopped mango,phir 4 spoon phirni dalye.
3.....phir 2 spoon ice cream dalye,phir 2 spoon mango dalye, roohafza & colourful sprinkles ya chopped dry fruits say garnishing keray.
4..... Thandi thandi mango phirni pudding serve keray.

1.....2 Sliced onion, 2 spoon kasoori methi, 20_25 curry leaves.3 chopped green chillies.
2.....3 big spoon besan, 1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli powder dalay, dhaniya powder mix keray
3.....Saaray ingredients ek bowl mai lay,laghbhag ek glass paani dal ker thoda thick batter like idli batter bana lay.2 pinch meetha soda mix keray.
4.....appe pan mai brush say oiling keray, gas per high flame per garm karay,onion batter appe pan k molds mai daley.lid laga ker slow fire per rakhay,golden brown karay.
5..... appe turn keray,doosri side per bhi bursh se oil lagaye, golden brown honey per plate mai nikaley.
6.....serve it with mint chutni.

2.....hand blender say blend karay, koi lumps nahi rahnay chaiyey
3..... Gas per high flame per rakhay, boil annaye per gas slow fire per rakhay,
4..... 1__1 1/2 hour k liye rakhay,ya kadhi ki consistency aanay tuk.pyaj ki bhajiya ( pakoray) 16_18 piece dalay.5_10 min.slow fire per rakhay.
