CHOCOLATE PHIRNI
1.....2 LT. full cream dhoodh mai 1/2 cup bheegay rice dardary peesay huye dalay.
2.....gas per rakhay,1/4 spoon elayachi powder dalay ,ek boil aanay per, slow fire per 1_ 1/2 hour k liye rakhay.
3.....according to taste thickness rakhay,1 cup sugar dalay. Ek boil day, gas bund karay.
4.....room temperature per aanaye k baad fridge mai rakh ker thanda keray, phir according to taste chocolate syrup mix ker k serve keray.
