1.....2 LT. full cream dhoodh mai 1/2 cup bheegay rice dardary peesay huye dalay.
2.....gas per rakhay,1/4 spoon elayachi powder dalay ,ek boil aanay per, slow fire per 1_ 1/2 hour k liye rakhay.
3.....according to taste thickness rakhay,1 cup sugar dalay. Ek boil day, gas bund karay.
4..... fridge Mai rakh ker thanda keray, phir according to taste mango puree,roohafza dal ker mix keray,mango pieces dal ker serve keray.
