HONEY CHILLI SWEET POTATOES

1.....4 Big washed sweet potatoes/shakerkandi peeled french fries shape mai cut keray. Dubara say wash keray.

2.....1/3 spoon salt,1 pinch red food colour,2 full spoon maida daal ker toss keray.

3.....Garm oil mai sweet potato dale, crispy golden brown honay tak deep fry keray,plate mai nikal ley.

4.....kadahi khali keray sirf ek spoon oil rehnay day,Garm keray,2 spoon chopped garlic dalye,light brown kerey, sezwaan sauce dalay.

5.....1 spoon tomato ketchup,1/4 spoon red chillie flakes,1/2 spoon each green chilli sauce,soya sauce , barbecue sauce (optional) dalay.

6.....1 min bhoonay ,shakerkandi dalay,1 spoon honey dalay toss, keray,1 spoon til dalay ek min bhoonay.

7.....serve it hot.
