CHICKEN FRICASSE

CHICKEN FRICASSE

Ingredients

1..... chicken.....2kg.
2.....Onion.....300 gm.
3.....garlic.....60 gm.
4.....Butter..... 300 gm.
5.....Parsley.....20 gm.
6..... 🐔 Chicken stock..... 2 litre
7.....Refined flour..... 100 gm.
8.....White 🍷 wine..... 500 ml.

Recipe

1.....marrinate the chicken in salt,pepper & lemon for one hour.

2.....In a pan melt butter add chopped onions sauted till translucent than add chopped garlic.

3.....Add chicken & Cook the chicken pieces for 3 minutes on both sides.

4.....add refined flour and mix well,add white 🍷 wine & stock & cover & simmer/low flame for 30 minutes.

5..... Check seasoning & complete the dish with chopped persalay.

For assembling

A Place the mashed potatoes on the plate,than place beans on potatoes,than place chicken pices on the top of the beans.

FOR MASHED POTATOES

Ingredients

1..... potatoes.....1 kg.
2.....cream.....200 ml.
3.....nutmeg.2 gm.
4.....salt....5 gm.
5.....Pepper..... 2 gm.
6.....Persaley.....10 gm.
7.....Butter.....100 gm.

Recipe

1..... Boil & cook the potatoes in salted water.

2..... Drain & seieve the potatoes through a stainer, than mix all the ingredients together to form a smooth paste.

3..... Serve & garnish with chopped persaley.

FOR HERICOT VERTS

INGREDIENTS

1.....French beans......1kg.
2.....butter.....200 gm.
3.....salt.....5 gm.
4.....pepper.....2 gm.
5.....onion.....200 gm.
6..... Garlic.....50gm.

RECIPE

1.....cut the beans into finger sized lengths,take the French beans & blanched them for 5 minutes .

2.....In a pan heat butter & add chopped garlic and brown them.

3.....add the chopped onion and saute till translucent.

4.....add the blanched beans,salt,pepper
& mix them.
