Carrot 50 gm.roughly chopped
Celery 25 gm.roughly chopped
Leeks 25 gm chopped
Onion 50 gm.chopped
Parsley 6 gm.dry
Thyem 1 spring
Bay leaf 1
Peeper corn 1 gm.
Water 2 litre
METHOD
1......sabhi ingredients ko ek baday patilay mai lay ek boil aanay per 4 hour slow 🔥 fire per rakhay.
2....Bina dhakay,hilana bilkul nahi hai,chaan ker use keray.
3..... Isay pahlay say bana ker fridge Mai bhi rukh saktay hai.
4..... Isay aap kisi bhi soup, gravy sauces,bananay mai use ker saktay hai,taste bahut accha aata hai.healthy bhi jayda hota hai.
