MASALA ALOO
1.....6 big aloo peel ker Kay kaat lay.Ek kadahi mai 1 badi kadchi sarso ka oil garm karay.
2.....smoking point per gas slow fire per keray,phir aloo dalay,15_20 chopped garlic cloves,1/2 spoon each salt, haldi dalay.3 chopped onion daley.
3..... Lid luga ker slow flame per rakhay, beech mai hilatay rahay.
4.....soft honay per 7_8 chopped green chillies,6 chopped tomatoes Daley,mix keray,1/2 spoon red chilli powder,2 spoon dhaniya powder,1/4 spoon garm masala Daley,mix keray.
5.....gas slow fire per ker lay. Lid luga ker rakhay.
6.....5_10 min slow fire per rakhay, serve with garma garm roti.
NOTE.....ALOO ya koi bhi dry veg app ho sakay to lohay ( iron) ki kadhi mai banaye,is say humay iron milta hai.
