LEFTOVER GATTAY KA PRANTHA
Breakfast recipe
1.....leftover gattay spoon sey mash ker le,leftover kalay chanay k gattay,salt,red chilli, atta according to your gattay,mix karay ,iska dough bana lay.
2.....Roti belay or taway per ghee laga ker dono side say golden brown keray.
NOTE .....App ismay chopped onion, green chilli, bhi daal saktay hai.
KALAY CHANAY K ATTE K GRAVY WALAY GATTY
12 spoon kalay chaney ka atta
Ek Karachi sarso ka oil
1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli,
1/4 each haldi,garm Masala
1/4 glass say thoda kum paani
1........In sub ko mila ker roti say thoda sa tight atta bana lay.
2.........panni dale (1 1/2) Lt. Boil karay. haath mai oil laga ker is attay ki stick bana lay,cylindrical shape mai.
3......... Saari sticks paani mai dalay, jub sticks paani k upper aa jaye,tub 5 min slow per flame keray.
4......... Paani mai say saari sticks nikaal lay, plate mai, 1stick k 5_6 piece cut ker lay.
5.........kadahi mai 1 kadchi oil lay, 1 chopped onion ,2 green chilli light brown karay.adha cup chopped hara dhaniya dalye, 4 tomatoes, 6,7 garlic cloves ka paste dalay.
6......... 1/2 spoon each salt,red chilli,haldi dhaniya, garm Masala powder dalay, oil chod nay tuk bhunay.
7.........besan Kay pieces( dakray) ismay dalay besan stick jis paani mai boil kari thi ,wo bachha paani is may dalay.
8.........ek boil aanay per 15 min slow per rakhay. Hara dhaniya chopped daal ker garnish karay.
