GAJAR MATAR KI DRY SABJI



GAJAR MATAR

1.....1 kadahi mai 1/4 Karachi oil garm keray, 1/4 spoon jeera crackle keray, 2 chopped gajar,1 cup matar dalay.

2.....1/3 spoon each salt, haldi dalay, mix keray, dhuk ker slow gas per rakhay.

3..... Gajar soft honay per 1/4 spoon red chilli powder, garm masala, dhaniya powder dalay.

4..... Mix keray, 2 min dhuk ker rakhay.

5..... Serve it with garma garm roti.
