GUR WALA AATAY KA HALWA
1..... 2 big spoon desi ghee kadhai mai lay,1/2 katori atta dalay light brown karay .
2..... dhoda time full thoda time slow fire per rakhay.
3.....1/2 glass paani dalay saath hi turant 1/2 katori crushed gur,15_20 kishmish dalay, mix karay oil chod nay tuk bhoonay ya jub kadhi poori clean ho jaye or halwa ikhtha ho jaye tub tuk bhunay.
4..... Gas off karay ,serve it with choly poori.
NOTE
1..... Hamesha pahlay paani dalay phir gur nahi to theek nahi banagaya.
2..... Paani, gur dal nay mai 1_2 second ka gap hi hota hai, isliye ,sugar ,water pahlay say hi nikaal ker rakhay.
