MAA CHOLAY KI DAL WITH GOBHI WALI MAKKI KI ROTI

MY MOM' S recipe ( KRISHNA ARORA)

1..... 3/4 Glass urad chilka ki dal,1/4 chana dal wash karay, cooker mai, 2 Lt. Panni dal ker gas per rakhay.

2.....lid bund nahi karni,sirf upper rukhni hai,dal bhigoni bhi nahi hai.

3.....1 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon haldi,1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay. Ek boil aanay per gas slow fire per rakhay.

4.....1 1/2 hour k liye rakhay, ya mix honay tuk.gas off karay.

5.....ek pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil lay ,garm karay,15_20 garlic chopped, 4 green chilli chopped dalay.

6..... Light brown karay, 4 tomatoes ka paste dalay, 1/2 spoon red chilli powder,2 big spoon hara dhaniya chopped dalay, bhunay oil chod nay tuk.

7..... Dal mai dalay, ek boil day,dal ki thickness according to taste rakhay.

8..... Serve with garma garm makki ki roti.

MAKKI KI ROTI

1.....250gm.makki ka attack,1/3 spoon salt.1 medium size phool gobhi grated.

2..... Sarray ingredients bowl mai lay, paani dal ker dough bana lay.

3..... Taway per oil laga ker, dough ki roti bana lay, oil lava ker dono side say roti golden brown keray.

4..... Serve it with garma garm dhabay wali dal.

Note.....aap makki ki roti bina gobhi k bhi same method say bana saktay hai.
