STUFFED HARA DHANIYA, BATHUA MIX PRANTHA

1.....takreeban 3 katoori atta , 1  1/2 glass paani dal ker dough banaye.

2.....dough mai say ek ball lay, chotti roti balay,according to taste salt,red chilli powder dalay.

3..... 1 cup each chopped green coriander,bathua mix keray dalay, roti fold keray, baley.

4..... Taway per prantha dalay ghee laga ker dono side say golden brown keray.

5..... Serve it with mint chutney or curd.

ALOO MOONGRA

MOINGRA WITH ALOO

1.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm keray, 125 gm.chopped moongra ki fali(mooli ki fali) dalay.

2.....soft fali dalay jo aram say cut jaye, jisay kat nay mai dikat ho wo hard fali na dalay.

3.....2 chopped aloo kadahi mai dalay 1/4 spoon each salt, haldi dalay.

4..... Dhuk ker aloo soft honay tuk cook keray, slow fire per.

5...... Aloo soft honay per 1/4 spoon each red chilli powder, garm masala,1/2 spoon dhaniya powder dalay.

6..... Mix keray 2 min bhoonay, serve it with garma garm roti or rice.

LOBHIYA MASALA(dry)

LOBHIYA MASALA

1.....1/2 Glass lobhiya wash keray, 1/2 glass paani mai, bhigo day 6_7 hour k liye.

2.....cooker mai dalay ek whistle day, steam nikal nay per kholay.

3.....1 pan mai 1/2 kerchi oil garm keray,1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli light brown karay.

4.....3 tomatoes, 1 piece ginger, 8_10 garlic cloves ka paste onion mai dalay.

5.....1/3 spoon each salt, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, haldi, 1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay .

6.....mix keray ,1/4 cup chopped hara dhaniya dalay(optional),oil chod nay tuk bhoonay.

7..... Masala cooker mai dalay,mix keray,yadi paani ho to pahlay he chaan lay ya bhoon ker sookha lay.

8..... Serve it with garma garm chappati.

5..... Serve it with mint chutney or curd.

1.....1 Kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm keray, 2 chopped aloo dalay.

2.....1/4 spoon each salt, haldi dalay, aloo dhuk ker sim per soft honay tuk bhoonay.

3.....250 gm. Chopped fresh methi leaves aloo mai dalay,5_10 min slow per bhoonay.

4.....1/4 spoon red chilli powder dalay, 2 min bhoonay.

5..... Serve it with garma garm roti or rice.

Note.....app chaye to aloo methi ek saath dal ker bhi bana saktay hai, but mere husband ko isi method say acchi lagti hai.

2.....1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli, dhaniya powder, powdered sugar,1/4 garm masala,1 chopped onion curd mai mix keray.

3.....1 bread lay 1 spoon curd dalay ,ek bread uskay oper rakhay.

4.....grilled toaster mai rakhay, chaye to thoda butter oper spread keray, toaster bund keray, golden brown keray.

5.....kaat ker serve it with mint chutney or sauce.

3.....1 min mixi chalaye,phir baaki ka milk jar mai dalay, mixi on keray.

3..... Sarray ingredients mix keray.

4..... Serve it chilled.strawberry slice say garnishing keray.

1.....2 Glass rice wash keray,bhigo day,2 glass panni mai.

2.....1 cooker mai 1 karchi oil lay,3 sliced onion dalay,light brown karay.

3.....2 spoon flat salt, 1/2 spoon each red chilli powder,1/4 garm masala dalay.

4.....ek min bhunay,ek cup peas dalay,1 big chopped aloo,1 packet chopped mushroom dalay 5 min bhunay.

5.....rice dalay with water,mix it,ek whistle day,steam nikal nay per kholay.

6..... my favourite matar mushroom pulav is ready .

7..... serve it with mint chutney or raita.

3.....1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli, haldi,dhaniya powder, 1/4 spoon garm masala dalay.

4.....mix keray,oil chod nay tuk bhoonay,4 chopped aloo, 1/2 cup paani dalay.

5..... Mix keray, ek whistle day, 10 min sim gas per rakhay.

6..... Steam nikal nay per kholay,yadi paani ho to sukha day high flame per.

7.....haray dhaniye say garnishing keray.

8..... Serve it with rice or roti.

1.....2_3 big onion sliced, 1/2 kg bhindi golai mai kaat lay.

2.....1 big kadachi sarso ka oil kadahi mai lay,smoking point per bhindi ,payaz ek saath dalay. Kadahi mai.

3.....1/2 spoon each salt, haldi dalay,slow per light brown karay, phir 1/2 spoon red chilli powder dalay mix karay.

4..... 2 min bhunay, gas off karay serve with roti.

RICE KI KHEER

1.....2 LT. dhoodh mai 1/2 cup  rice wash ker k dalay.

2.....gas per rakhay , 1/4 spoon elayachi powder dalay ,ek boil aanay per, slow per 1_ 1/2 hour k liye rakhay.

3.....according to taste thickness rakhay,1 cup sugar dalay. Ek boil day, gas bund karay.

4..... Garnish it with your favorite dry fruits.

2.....Ek glass jar mai chillies,1 spoon salt ,1/2 spoon haldi,2 big spoon pisi rai,2 big spoon sarso oil dalay

3.....Jar ka lid bund karay, jar shake karay,3_4 din dhoop mai rakhay, ready.

4.....Is aachar ko aap fridge mai 1_2 saal tuk rukh saktay hai.

NOTE_____ ISI Method say aap onion, gobhi,  shalgum , carrot ka pickle bhi daal saktay hai.

3..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay, 200 gm chopped paneer lay.

4.....1 katoori hara choliya dalay cooker mai. 2 min bhunay.

5.....1 1/2 glass panni dalay mix karay ek whistle day, 5 min slow per rakhay.

6..... Steam nikal nay per kholay,200 gm. Paneer dalay, ek boil day. serve it with roti or rice.

4..... Takreeban16 piece mai cut karay aloo, cooker mai dalay. 2 min bhunay.

5.....1 1/2 glass panni dalay mix karay ek whistle day, 5 min slow per rakhay.

6..... Steam nikal nay per cooker kholay 200_250 gm chopped paneer dalay.

7.....1 boil day serve it with roti or rice.

5.....mix keray,cheese melt honay tuk.

6..... Kashmiri roti lay ya simple roti ya readymade roomali roti lay.

7..... Do spoon stuffing dalay fold keray.

8..... Grilled toaster mai do roll/wrap rakhay, toaster bund keray.

9..... Light brown honay tuk grill keray.

10..... Carrot,green chilli,tobasko sauce say garnishing keray, serve keray.

1.....250 gm. Maida ya atta lay us mai 1/3 spoon salt,2 spoon oil dal ker dough bana lay.

2.....maiday ki 2 poori belay,1 poori per oil spread keray,doosri poori us per rakhay,belay patli say patli,jitni possible ho.

3.....taway per dono side say sakay,plate mai nikaly.

4..... Haat say roti alag ker lay,ek roti say do roti ready ho jaati hai,inahay hum kashmiri roomali roti kahtay hai.

5..... Isi method say saari rotiya bana lay.

6..... Is roti ko aap kisi bhi sabzi k saath serve keray ya koi bhi stuffing bhur ker wrap ya roll bana saktay hai.

1.....2 Lt full cream milk boil keray, sim gas per rakhay,beech beech mai hilaatay rahay.

2..... Jub milk mai danay( paneer type) dikhnay lagay,laghbhag 1/2 cup liquid milk rah jaye.

3.....baaki usmay,solid part hoga,tub 2_3 spoon sugar dalay, mix keray.chaye to bheegay, chopped dry fruits dal saktay hai.

4.....1 min baad gas off keray.serve it hot or chilled.
