1.....1/2 Kg moti hari mirch ko chopped ker lay, is say khaanay mai easy rahta hai.
2.....Ek glass jar mai chillies,1 spoon salt ,1/2 spoon haldi,2 big spoon pisi rai,2 big spoon sarso oil dalay
3.....Jar ka lid bund karay, jar shake karay,3_4 din dhoop mai rakhay, ready.
4.....Is aachar ko aap fridge mai 1_2 saal tuk rukh saktay hai.
NOTE_____ ISI Method say aap onion, gobhi, shalgum , carrot ka pickle bhi daal saktay hai.
