HUNGCURD BREADROLL

1.....1 Kg curd kisi saaf cloth mai dal ker squeeze keray,paani nikal nay tuk.

2.....1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli, dhaniya powder, powdered sugar,1/4 garm masala,1 chopped onion curd mai mix keray.

3.....1 bread paani mai dalay squeeze keray, 1 spoon curd dalay.

4....fold keray,roll ki shape day, garm oil mai deep fry keray.golden brown keray.

5.....kaat ker serve it with mint chutney or sauce.
