PANEER CHOLIYA WITH GRAVY

1.....1 Cooker mai 1 big kadchi oil lay, 1 chopped onion dalay light brown karay.

2.....3 tomatoes,7_8 garlic cloves ka paste dalay, 1/2 spoon salt, 1/3 spoon haldi,1 spoon each degi mirch powder, dhaniya powder, 1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay mix karay.

3..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay, 200 gm chopped paneer lay.

4.....1 katoori hara choliya dalay cooker mai. 2 min bhunay.

5.....1 1/2 glass panni dalay mix karay ek whistle day, 5 min slow per rakhay.

6..... Steam nikal nay per kholay,200 gm. Paneer dalay, ek boil day. serve it with roti or rice.
