1.....2 1/2 Kerchi desi ghee kadhai mai lay,1 1/4 cup atta,1 1/4 cup besan dalay light brown karay, medium flame per.
2..... Ya dhoda time full thoda time slow fire per rakhay.
3.....4 cup paani dalay saath hi turant 3 cup ya according to taste sugar dalay, mix karay oil chod nay tuk, ya jub kadhi poori clean ho jaye or halwa ikhtha ho jaye tub tuk bhunay.
4..... Gas off karay ,garma garm serve keray.
NOTE
1..... Hamesha pahlay paani dalay phir sugar.nahi to theek nahi banagaya.
2..... Paani or sugar dal nay mai 1_2 second ka gap hi hota hai, isliye ,sugar ,water pahlay say hi nikaal ker rakhay.
