1.....Kabhi bhi dahi or urad ki daal saath mai naa khaye.
2.....Kabhi bhi dahi khanay k Saath naa khaye garm aur thanda ek Saath nuksaan kerta hai.
3.....DOODH or dhoodh say bani cheezo k Saath Kabhi bhi namak wali chhezeye naa khaye like chai k Saath bhi kabhi namkeen naa khaye etc.
4.....Kabhi bhi MEETHA aur NAMKEEN saath naa khaye.
5.....MEETHA ya koi bhi FRUITS khanay k baad paani naa piye.
6.....SENDHA NAMAK ya PAHARI NAMAK Ka use keray white salt use naa keray.
7.....teeno time Khaana khatay hee turant naa soye,1 hour k baad soye,ho sakay to thodi walk jaroor keray.
8.....PAANI hamesha sip sip kerkay beth Ker piye is say herniya, appendix, hadiyo ki problem doore( khutum) Hoti hai Saath hee tention,fat aur acidity bhi doore hotey hai aur dhoodh khaday ho Ker piye.
9.....TEA ,COFFEE,COLD DRINKS naa piye,high BP Mai to specially chod day.
10..... MORNING Mai Rajkumar ki tarah( heavy breakfast for whole day energy) nashta khaye.
LUNCH king ki tarah yaani medium heavy lay.
DINNER bhikari ki tarah yaani bahut hee light meal lay.
