1.....Raat ko hamesha light food lay.

2.....Raat ko ho sakay to 10 bajay tuk so Jaye.

3.....teeno time fresh atta gonthay 1/2 hour pahlay.fridge Ka atta slow poison ka kaam kerta hai.

4.....ho sakay to hamesha fresh Khana khaye, 1/2 hour pahlay hee banaye.

5.....fridge Ka rakha Khana ho sakay to naa khaye.

6.....fridge Ka paani naa piye.

7.....hamesha fresh sabji kaat Ker banaye Yaha tuk ki onion garlic bhi fresh hee katay.

8..... Fridge Mai ya pahlay say cut kiye huye onion naa khaye usmay sub say jaldi germs lug jaatay hai.
