PALAK METHI CHILLA
1.....5 spoon besan, 5 pinch each salt,red chilli,1/2_1/2 cup washed ,chopped Palak & methi, 2 chopped green chilli.
2.....saaray ingredients mai takreeban 3/4 glass panni mila ker batter ready keray.
3.....taway per oil lagay,batter dal ker chilla banay,dono side say golden brown keray.
4..... Serve it hot with mint chutney.
MINT CHUTNEY
1..... Take 1 cup each coriander,poodina, 2 green chilli, 1/2 spoon salt, juice of 2 lemon,in a mixi jaar.
2..... Add 1/2 cup water in it & grind it.pour it in a bowl.
3.....now take 1/2 cup whisked curd or according to taste ,1 spoon chaat Masala mix it in chutni with the help of folk.
4 serve it in a any beautiful transparent glass.
