1..... morning mai jaldi uthay,ho sakay to 4 bajay,uthtay hee 3 glass paani piye Bina Kula kiye.yadi 3 glass paani ek Saath na pee paye to 1 glass say start keray,dheeray dheeray 2-3 glass piye.
2..... Hamesha garm paani piye,beth Ker piye,khaday ho Ker peenay say ghutno(knees) Mai pain hota hai.
3..... Khanay say ek ghanta pahlay or ek ghanta baad paani piye.
4..... Fruits or salad lunch say ek ghanta pahlay khaa lay ,ek time Mai ek hee tarah ka fruit ya ek he tarah Ka salad khaye.
5.....Raat ko sonay say 2 ghanta pahlay khaana kha lay.
6..... Raat ko sonay say 1 ghanta pahlay garm doodh piye.
7.....lunch Kay ek ghanta baad lussi ya chaach piye.
8..... breakfast k ek ghanta baad juice piye.
9.....Raat ko fruits or salad naa khaye specially kheera.
10.....daily 1 hour yog or walk jaroor keray.
