3.....weight increase kerna hai to milk mai honey dal ker piye.
4.....jub bhi latey ho to left side leker uthay.
5.....hamesha seasonal fruits or vegetables use keray.
6..... Morning mai garm paani mai honey lay lemon Dal Ker agar weight kum kerna hai.lekin jodo ka (dard) pains hai to paani mai lemon dal ker pahlay boil keray phir halka garm keray room temperature per phir honey dal ker piye.
7.....hamesha ek hi tarah Ka bhojan naa keray,jaisay raat ko aap ek din doodh cornflakes lay rahay hai to next day murmura lay ya bhoonay chanay ya daliye ki khichadi ya roasted poha etc. lay.
8.....khaanay k baad hamesha GUR khaye hajmay k liye accha ( best) hota hai agar aap ko sugar nahi hai to.
9.....jitna aap 3 time Mai khaana khatay hai usay 6 baari mai khaye to Kabhi weight nahi badayga.kabhi bhi bhookay naa rahay aur overeating naa keray.
