EASY METHOD

Ek din bahut kam time tha, pehlay aloo boil kero,steam nikalnay ka wait kero,phir bano to mainay soucha ek jhatpat method search keroo,tab mainay is method say sabji banai.

Ab mujhay ye method jyada easy lagta hai,taste bhi same aata hai,to ab mai isi method say aloo ki sabji/ jhol banati hu.

For 4 person

1.....1 Cooker mai 1/2 kalchi oil dalay, 1/2 spoon each jeera ,kasoori methi ,2 green chilli chopped dalay.

2.....1 pinch heeng powder, 4 tomatoes ka paste, 1/2 spoon each salt, haldi,red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, amchoor powder dalay.

3.....1/4 spoon garm Masala, 1/4 cup chopped hara dhaniya dalay.oil chod nay tuk bhunay.

4.....4 washed, peeled, chopped aloo ,2 glass paani dalay, mix karay,cooker band keray, cooker mai ek whistle aanay per,slow fire per 10 min rakhay.

5.....steam nikalnay per cooker kholay,ek big bowl mai aloo nikalay,spoon say aloo mash keray,according to taste.

6.....vapis gravy mai aloo dal ker mix karay.

7...... Serve it with poori or rice .
