LAL MASAR WITH CHANA DAL
1.....1/2_1/2 glass lal masar, chana dal wash karay, bhigo day,2 Lt. Paani mai.
2.....cooker mai dal with water,1 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon haldi dalay.
3.....cooker mai 1 whistle aanay per,gas off karay.
4.....1 pan mai 1 kadachi oil garm keray.
5.....3 tomatoes ka paste dalay,1/2 spoon red chilli powder,1/4 spoon garm Masala powder, 1/4 cup hara dhaniya dalay.
6..... Mix karay , oil chod nay tuk bhunay.dal mai dalay,phir say gas per rakhey, ek boil aanay per gas off keray.
7.....serve it with roti or rice.
Note.....Panni or dry masalay according to taste kum ya jayada bhi dal saktay hai.
