2.....3 tomatoes, 10_15 garlic cloves ka paste bana ker onion mai dalay, salt ,dhaniya powder 1/2 spoon each, 1 spoon degi mirch powder.

3.....1/3 spoon each haldi, garm Masala, dalay, oil chod nay tuk bhunay.

4.....2 packet mushroom  chopped lay.

5..... Cooker mai dalay, 1 1/2 glass paani dalay mix karay ek whistle day.

6..... 5 min slow gas per rakhay Steam nikalnay per serve it with roti or rice.

1.....1 kg washed soyabeen ki sticks nikal day, length wise chapay center say kaatay

2.....1 big bowl mai 250 gm. curd, 3_4 spoon ginger garlic paste,1/2spoon salt ,1 spoon degi mirch, 1 spoon chaat Masala, 1/4 spoon garm Masala, 1 spoon dhaniya powder dalay.

3.....1/2 big spoon oil dalay, Mix karay, 3_4 hour marinate karay.

4..... Preheated oven mai maximum power per brown honay tuk bake keray.

5..... Serve it hot with mint chutney.

1.....1 bowl mai paani lay 1 papad lay, paani mai dip keray.plate mai nikalay.

2.....1/2 kg.boiled mashed aloo mai 1/2 spoon each salt, degi mirch,amchoor powder mix keray.

3.....bheegay papad k oper center mai aloo stuffing rakhay 2 spoon.

4..... Ek katori mai 1/2 cup maida ,paani mila ker batter bana lay.

5.....Papad k sides mai batter lagaye,phir papad ko wrap ki tarh fold keray.

6..... Finger say press keray sub sides say,taaki aloo seal ho jaye.

7..... Deep fry keray papad cook honay tuk.

1.....1 Kg.boiled, mashed aloo mai 1 spoon each salt, amchoor powder, 1/2 spoon red chilli powder dalay.

2..... Mix keray, diye ki shape( katori) banaye aloo mash say.

3.....1/2 cup maiday mai panni dal ker batter banaye.

4.....1 plate mai ek packet long wali sevaiya dalay.

5.....aloo ko batter mai dip keray phir seviyaa diye k nichay side chipka day.like nest.

6..... Phir garm oil mai deep fry keray, golden brown keray. Plate mai nikalay.

7.....250 gm. Mashed paneer mai 1/4 spoon salt,1 spoon maida mix keray.

8.....uski choti choti balls bana lay, deep fry keray,light say light brown colour aanay per nikal lay.eggs ready.

9..... Nest mai 3_4 eggs rakhay,serve it with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.

4..... Gas off karay ,serve it with choly poori.

NOTE

1..... Hamesha pahlay paani dalay phir gur nahi to theek nahi banagaya.

1.....1 kg gajar,ya 7 big gajar peeled,grated.

2..... Ek kadahi mai 1 Lt. Full cream milk dalay, carrot dalay.

3.....slow fire per doodh sookhnay tuk bhoonay.

4.....phir ek katori sugar dalay, 1/2 tin milkmaid (optional) dalay.

5.....poora dry honay tuk bhoonay, bowl mai dalay.chaye to 1/2 cup chopped, bheegay koi bhi dry fruits dalay.mix keray.

6...... 200 gm. Grated khoya dalay oper say .

7..... Jub jitna khanna ho utna nikal ker do min garm keray, serve keray with dry fruits or without dry fruits.

2..... 1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, haldi dalay, 1 min bhunay ,phir 500 gm. Mashed paneer dalay.

3..... Mix it, oil chod nay tuk bhunay.

4..... Serve it with roti.

NOTE.....1.....Is may aap frozen matar bhi daal saktay hai.5 min onion k saath hi daal ker bhunay. That's

2.....Yadi aap ko usi samay paneer bhurji nahi khanna hai to, app mashed paneer dalay ,lakin usko bhunay nahi.

3.....Sirf masalay mai mix ker lay paneer mai, gas off ker k ,jub jitna khana ho sirf utna hi bhunay.

4.....Asaya kernay say paneer soft rahta hai.

1..... Take 1 cup each coriander,poodina, 2 green chilli, 1/2 spoon salt, juice of 2 lemon,in a mixi jaar.

2..... Add 1/2 cup water in it & grind it.pour it in a  bowl.

3.....now take 1/2 cup whisked curd,1 spoon chaat Masala mix it in chutni with the help of folk.

4 serve it in a any beautiful glass .

2..... Raat bhar rakhay,phir ketchup bottle mai batter bharay.

3.....kadahi mai refined oil garm  keray bottle say round round zigzac banaye kadahi mai direct.

4..... Dono side say golden brown keray.

5.....1 cup each paani sugar laker ek taar ki chaashni banaye.

6..... Lukewarm( medium hot) chaashni mai zigzac dalay dip kertay hee nikal day.

7..... Plate mai dalay, milkmaid, dry fruits say garnishing keray.

Note.....mere husband ko green colour ka pasand hai to unkay liye kum bhoonti hu,pahlay nikal leti hu.

Mujhay sookha pasand hai to bhoon bhoon ker sookha leti hu.

Lohay ki kadahi mai sookhi veggies bana nay say iron milta hai.

MY MOM' S recipe ( KRISHNA ARORA)

1..... 3/4 Glass urad chilka ki dal,1/4 chana dal wash karay, cooker mai, 2 Lt. Panni dal ker gas per rakhay.

2.....lid bund nahi karni,sirf upper rukhni hai,dal bhigoni bhi nahi hai.

3.....1 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon haldi,1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay. Ek boil aanay per gas slow fire per rakhay.

4.....1 1/2 hour k liye rakhay, ya mix honay tuk.gas off karay.

5.....ek pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil lay ,garm karay,15_20 garlic chopped, 4 green chilli chopped dalay.

6..... Light brown karay, 4 tomatoes ka paste dalay, 1/2 spoon red chilli powder,2 big spoon hara dhaniya chopped dalay, bhunay oil chod nay tuk.

7..... Dal mai dalay, ek boil day,dal ki thickness according to taste rakhay.

8..... Serve with garma garm makki ki roti.

MAKKI KI ROTI

1.....250gm.makki ka attack,1/3 spoon salt.1 medium size phool gobhi grated.

2..... Sarray ingredients bowl mai lay, paani dal ker dough bana lay.

3..... Taway per oil laga ker, dough ki roti bana lay, oil lava ker dono side say roti golden brown keray.

4..... Serve it with garma garm dhabay wali dal.

Note.....aap makki ki roti bina gobhi k bhi same method say bana saktay hai.

1.....1 Kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm keray, 1each chopped onion,green chilli light brown keray.

2..... 4 tomatoes ,1 piece ginger ka paste onion mai dalay.

3.....1/2 spoon each salt, dhaniya powder, 1/3 spoon each red chilli powder, haldi,1/4 spoon garm masala dalay.

4..... Mix keray,oil chod nay tuk bhoonay ya paani sookhnay tuk.

5.....1 medium size phool gobhi chopped, 4_5 small peeled chopped aloo dalay.

6..... 2 spoon kasoori methi dalay,mix keray,dhuk ker sim per aloo soft honay tuk rakhay.

7..... Beech mai heelatay rahay.Cook honay per bowl mai dalay.

8..... Garnish it with green coriander.

1.....4 Bread slices triangle cut keray. 1 cup paani mai1/8 spoon ilayachi powder, 1 cup sugar dalay.

2..... Boil honay per gas off keray.

3..... Bread deep fry keray golden brown keray.

4.....Plate mai bread nikalay,sugar syrup mai dip keray one by one, daltay her tyrant nikal lay.

5..... Serving dish mai bread arrange keray, milkmaid pour keray.

6..... Garnish it with any dry fruits. Serve hot.

4..... Takreeban16 piece mai cut karay aloo , 1 katoori matar dalay cooker mai. 2 min bhunay.

5.....1 1/2 glass panni dalay mix karay ek whistle day, 5 min slow per rakhay.

6..... Steam nikal nay per serve with roti or rice.
