1.....1 glass dal, dho ker 2 litre paani mai bhigo day ,phir cooker mai dalay.
2...... Phir 1/2 spoon haldi ,1 sp salt,adha spoon Lal mirch powder dalay.ek whistle day.gas off keray,poori steam nikal day.
3......ek pan Mai 1/2 kerchi refined oil ya Desi ghee garm keray.
4.....1 spoon each saboot jeera,dhaniya powder dalay.
5..... dal mai dalay, gas per rakhay 1 boil aanay per gas off karay, serve it with roti or rice.
