1.....1cooker mai 1/2 karchi oil garm keray.1 chopped onion golden brown keray.

2.....1/4 spoon each haldi, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, 1/3 spoon salt dalay, mix keray.

3.....3 piece or 250 gm.washed, peeled,chopped tori,1/2 glass paani,cooker mai dalay.

4..... Mix keray ek whistle day.5 minute slow gas per rakhe,steam nikal nay per garma garm roti k saath serve keray.
