FOR DRY MATAR
1.....1/2 Kg dry matar( peas) 6_7 hour k liye bhigo day, ek cooker mai dalay ek whistle day, 10 min slow fire per rakhay.
2..... Gas off karay,Steam nikal nay per ,bowl mai dalay, 1 chopped onion, 2 tomatoes chopped, 2 green chillies chopped.
3.....2 boiled aloo chopped bowl mai dalay, 3/4 spoon black salt, 1/2 spoon each red chilli, bhuna jeera powder, chaat Masala, amchoor powder dalay.
4.... 2 lemon ka juice,2 big spoon mint chutney,2 big spoon sonth/ meethi chutney dalay mix karay.
NOTE.....App is may kakri bhi daal saktay hai.usmay amchoor powder ki jagh imli paste,sirf dhaniya chutni bhi daal saktay hai.
FOR PATTY
1.....8_10 Boiled, peeled,mashed aloo mai 1/2 spoon salt, 1/2 cup arrarot mix keray.
2..... Gas per tawa rakhay,oil garm keray,oil dalay,garm keray,aloo ko balls ki shape day.
3..... Oil mai dalay,dono side say golden brown keray,plate mai nikalay.
4..... Glass KI help say balls ko flat keray phir oil mai dalay, dono side say golden brown keray.
5..... Crispy Patty plate mai dalay.
FOR RAGRA PATTY
1.....1serving bowl mai laghbhag 9 tikki/Patty set keray,phir ready dry matar dalaye.
2.....oper se besen ki bhujiya, chopped onion, tomatoes,anar k dano,chopped dhaniya se garnishing keray.
3.....RAGRA PATTY is ready to serve.
