ALOO BHUJIYA ( NAMKEEN)
1.....boiled, grated aloo 500 gm.,1/2 spoon each red chilli ,salt,gram Masala, dried mint powder,a pinch heeng powder.
2.....3 cup besan ,1 spoon chaat Masala sabko mix karay, is ka medium hard dough ready ho jayega .
3.....thoda thoda dough namkeen bananay wali machine mai dalay.
4..... Kadhahi mai oil garm karay,medium hot oil mai fry karay, light golden brown.
5.....isi tarah saari namkeen bana lay.
6..... Butter paper per nikaly ,thanda keray,air tight container mai rakhay.
7..... Serve it with lemon juice & chaat Masala.
