BESAN KI PINNIYA

1.....ek kadahi mai 1 1/4 cup desi ghee lay,melt karay.

2.....2 cup mota besan dalay,medium flam per besan light brown karay, khshboo aanay per,2 spoon paani ka chinta day.

3..... Bhunay paani sookhnay tuk ,is say pinni danaydar banti hai, gas off karay.

4..... Besan itna thunda keray jisay hum aasani say haath mai lay sakay.

5.....3/4 cup powdered sugar ,1/4 spoon green ilayachi powder dalay mix karay.

6..... Chaaye to 1/4 cup kajoo k pieces dalay.

7..... Apni ichaa say pinniyo ka size banaye.

8..... Badam say garnish karay.

Note..... 1.....Ye pinniya 1_2 month tuk kharab nahi hoti, thundi ker k air tight container mai rakhay.

2.....Besan poora thunda na karay.

3.....Aap is may according to taste kou bhi dry fruits dal saktay hai .
