1.....1/2 kg kathak cheel ker kaat lay ,inhay deep fry karay golden brown, plate mai nikal lay.

2.....1/2 tsp each salt,degi mirch,
amchoor dalay mix karay.

3.....Serve with chapati its really very tasty & easy.

4.....isi tarah aap koi bhi veg ker saktay hai like baigan aloo etc.
