MASALA OPEN BHINDI

1.....750 Gm bhindi wash karay, length wise half cut karay.

2..... Paani bilkul sukha lay,fan k neechay rukh day.

3.....kadahi mai ek Karachi musturd oil lay, smoking point per bhindi dalay.

4.....1/2 spoon each salt, haldi, dalay, light brown karay, 1/2 spoon each red chilli powder ,amchoor powder dalay.

5....mix karay,according to taste bhindi kum ya jayda brown karay.

6..... Serve it with garma farm roti.

Note.....aap is may amchoor ki jagh 2 spoon imli paste bhi dal saktay hai.
