CHUTPATTI MASALA ARBI

1.....1/2 kg arbi peel keray, circle mai slice katay.

2.....kadahi mai 1/2 kalchi oil ,2 chopped onion, 2 green chilli,dalay.

3..... Transparent honay per arbi,1/2 spoon each salt,haldi dalay, dhuk ker,slow per , soft honay tuk pakaye.

4..... 3 chopped tomatoes, 1/2 spoon each red chilli, dhaniya powder, 1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay.

5..... Dhuk ker 5 min slow fire per rakhay.

6..... Serve it with garama garm roti.
