VEG CRISPY YUMMY SPRING ROLL
1.....1/2 kg maida ,1 1/2 cup cornflour, 1/2 spoon salt according to taste bowl mai lay, paani dal ker better banaay .
2.....1 each cabbage, carrot,capsicum, 15 cloves grate karay.
3.....kadahi mai 2 spoon oil lay, veggie dalay, 1/2 cup bheegi dhuli moong dal bhi dalay , paani sookhnay tuk bhunay.
4..... Plate mai thanda keray,1/2 spoon
salt, black pepper powder dalay mix karay.
5..... Nonstick taway per greesing karay,ek kadachi maiday ka better falaye.
6.....jub side chodnay lagay , poney say uttar ker dekhay jub easily uth jaye to plate mai nikal lay.
7.....ek hi side say cook kerna hai,isi tarah saray pan cake ( like chilla)bana lay.1/2 cup better rukh lay.
8..... Plate mai ek chilla lay ,stuffing ya taway ko plate per ulta ker Kay ,chilla nikal lay, sides say halka halka fold karay,phir tight fold ker k roll bana lay.
9..... Maiday kay batter say side chipka lay,isi tarah saaray roll bana lay.
10..... Saray roll deep fry karay,light golden brown.
11..... Kaat ker mint chutney,momo's ki chutney k saath serve karay.
Note.....1......chilla bananay k turant baad garm garm mai hi filling bher tay jaye,nahi to toot jatay hai.
2.....Chillay bilkul bhi brown na karay,sirf jaisay he halki si side chutay,chilla uttar lay.
3.....Jitna possible ho utna thin say thin chilla banay.
