BACHELOR'S KHATTI DAL
1.....1/2 glass arrhar ki dal wash karay,bhigo day.cooker mai dalay,1/2 spoon salt, 1/4 spoon haldi dalay.
2.....1 whistle day,gas off karay,steam nikal nay per lid kholay.
3.....1 pan lay, 1/4 kadchi oil dalay,garm honay per 1/2 spoon rai dalay,crackle honay per, dal mai mix keray.
4..... According to taste imli paste ya amchoor powder dalay,mix karay.
5..... Serve it with roti or rice.
