CHINESE SCHEZUAN PANEER

PANEER CHINEESE SCHEZUAN CHILLI

( My style paneer schezuan with chilli rice)

1.....250 gm paneer cut keray.1/2 cup maida,2 spoon cornflour ,1/4 spoon salt bowl mai lay,paani dal ker better bana lay.

2..... Pakoray jaisa, paneer dal ker pakoray deep fry karay,light golden brown.

3.....1 kadahi mai 3 1/2 glass paani dalay,ya according to taste dalay,ek packet knorr Chinese schezuan,ek packet knorr Chinese chilli ka dalay.

4.....50 Rs each wala packet, kadachi say mix keray taaki lumps na rahay.

5..... Phir gas per rakhay, ek boil aanay per according to taste gravy ki thickness rakhay.

6...... Paneer k pakoray dalay,ek boil day.

7..... Serve it with chilli rice,fried rice or chilli chowmein.
