KARELA BHURJI

1..... 250gm karelay cheel ker ,fine chopped ker lay, 3_4 baar wash keray.

2..... Kadahi mai 1/2 kalchi sarso ka oil dalay,smoking point per, 2 chopped onion, karelay dalay.

3..... Gas slow fire per rakhay, 1/4 spoon each haldi, salt,red chilli powder ,1/2 spoon dhaniya powder dalay.

4..... Light brown karay, 2 spoon imli paste dalay, 4_5 min bhunay.

5..... Serve it with garma garm chaapati .
