1.....1 Glass Lal masoor ki dal dho ker 2 lt. Paani mai bhigo day.cooker mai dalay 1 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon haldi dalay.
2..... Ek whistle day ,turant steam nikaal day.
3.....1 pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil dalay ,1 chopped onion, 3 chopped green chilli , 8_10 chopped garlic cloves dalay.
4..... Light brown karay, 4 tomatoes ka paste, 1/2 spoon red chilli powder ,1/4 cup chopped hara dhaniya dalay.
5.....oil chod nay tuk bhunay. tadka dal mai dalay, ek boil day.
6...... Serve it with roti or rice.
