TASTY TASTY CHANA DAL
1.....1/2 glass chana dal wash karay, bhigo day,1 Lt. Paani mai.
2.....cooker mai dal with water,1/2 spoon salt, 1/4 spoon haldi dalay.
3..... 1 whistle day, 10 min sim per rakhay,gas off karay.
4.....1 pan mai 1/4 kadachi oil lay, 1 medium chopped onion dalay,2 chopped green chilli dalay light brown karay.
5..... 2 tomatoes ka paste dalay,1/4 spoon each red chilli powder, garm Masala powder 1/4 cup hara dhaniya ( optional)dalay.
6..... Mix karay , oil chod nay tuk bhunay.dal mai dalay,phir say ek whistle day.
7..... Steam nikal nay per, serve it with roti or rice.
Note..... Panni or dry masalay according to taste kum ya jayada bhi dal saktay hai.
